YAKAN and Christian residents of renowned City of Lamitan, Basilan province, laid out the proverbial red carpet and native hospitality to visitors who came to witness the annual Lami-Lamihan Cultural Festival last June 27.
All eyes and ears. All seriously attentive to the 2010 De Basilan Grand Reunion agenda presented by Joey Tugung, President of the Association. This is the 5th series of their meeting.
The chosen ones? They came all the way from their far-flung respective abode just to attend the meeting and also to reunite and have fun. The group listening to the agenda for the 2010 De Basilan Grand Reunion in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Rubio Family (Jim-Jim, Alourie, Rouie & Annette) with their host: Joey & Annabel Tugung. Quarterbacking the welcome party were Alourie’s cousins Jung-Jung and Ai-Ai Barandino.
The experienced medical caregiver, armed with a smile, medical knowledge, a big heart and desire to help the less fortunate ones were able to show how much she care by providing medical services and medicines.
